Have you been searching for an aerobic class in Dublin 15? Fitbug have numerous classes based on cardio training. Our popular Cardio Blast class is a 45 minute workout. You will sustain a certain level of effort for a certain amount of time performing different exercises.
During this class, you should be performing at a level where you can hold a short conversation. The exercises themselves will vary from boxing, skipping, cycling, running, slam balls or kettle bell swings just to name a few.
Each class has 8 different exercises in order to hold your concentration and keep you focused. So many people begin at full steam ahead but soon realise that this is not sustainable.
We need to remember that our hearts are muscles which need to be exercised on a regular basis. The fitter we are, the lower our resting heart rate will be. If you can lower your resting heart rate, you will have a faster recovery time and there will be less stress on your heart.
You will also have much more energy and require less sleep as your recovery time improves. More energy and less sleep means your days will be longer so you can actually get more done or do more of the things you enjoy.
