Our Fitness or Gym classes are suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners. We are open 7 days per week with over 60 classes on our timetable.

You can choose from Spinning, Pump & Tone, Strength & Conditioning, Zumba, Yoga, Circuits, lunchtime Spin HIIT and more. We will help you to choose the best class for your needs and ability. Our staff will help you to feel so welcome that you will feel like you have been a member for years.

Zumba Class

Zumba is an enjoyable way to improve your physical health in an energetic, upbeat atmosphere.

Spin Classes

Flashing lights, glow in the dark bulbs and pumping music makes every class feels like a night club!

Pump & Tone

Pump & Tone is a weights class based on the beat of the music. It is suitable for beginners.

Strength & Conditioning

Improved cardio levels will help you perform tasks better and recover quicker because you are fitter.

1pm Spin HIIT

Put yourself first for just 30 minutes. You can burn over 300 calories in these lunchtime Spin classes.

Circuits

Lift weights, perform cardio and exercise your abdominals. A great class to start your resistance training.
