Strength & Conditioning
Improve your strength and cardiovascular health with our instructor led classes. Each member works to their own ability under the guidance and motivation of our coach. This class is a great starting point for your fitness levels.
Spinning Classes
We have an immersive spin experience where you will travel through different worlds while pushing your own boundaries. Each spin class is designed with beginners and consistent attendees in mind. Each member spins to their own ability as we get lost in pumping music and projected images. You will also use the console on your bike to select your own intensity levels. Beginner friendly? Absolutely!
Fitness for 50+
As we move through life, it is easy to feel we can not exercise. The opposite is the reality. We must start or continue our exercise, in particular resistance training. Our ones, joints and muscles need regular training if you want to stay independent for longer. We have specific classes for locals in the 50+ range who really want to tackle bone and muscles health.
Circuits
This class is based on stations where we design effective full-body functional workouts. It is designed to work as many muscle groups to maintain/improve your fitness levels. Many new members enjoy Circuits as a starting point and train harder as their confidence and fitness levels grow.
Dance Fit
Dance Fit is an incredible cardiovascular class filled with uplifting music and so many positive vibes. Think Zumba with more pop music choices. If you like to dance, this cannot be missed, particularly if you are starting a fitness routine.
Pump HIIT
This class consists of toning and high intensity interval training sessions. The benefits are muscle tone, heart health and build your confidence by pushing your own limits to the next level. If you are a beginner, we will guide you through this class to ensure you learn how to train safely with intensity.
