Pump & Tone is a weights class based on the beat of the music

It is suitable for beginners or more season fitness enthusiasts as we all work together with our own set of weights. The instructor also takes part in this class with you so it is easy to follow.

In this class, you will use lighter weights than a strength class, however there will be more repetitions resulting in a more toned up body.
