RT24 represents relentless training in 24 minutes. This is a science based class where you will burn fat, increase muscle, improve mobility and increase your cardiovascular levels… all in 24 minutes. These classes take place in FitBug fitness, based in the new Junction 6 health and leisure centre, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
If you are short on time but you want to get a serious workout done, this is 24 minutes of non stop action. It may be rounds of 10 to 1 where you will try to beat the clock by performing numerous exercises. You could start with 10 repetitions and race the clock to 1 repetition. It may be 15/8, it could be a body weight class or you may use a weight plate to increase the difficulty of the class.
You will build muscle, burn body fat and increase your mobility all at the same time. There are numerous different programs where you will challenge yourself to the maximum. After a few weeks of different workouts, you will return to an earlier program to see your progress.
This is without doubt a hard hitting class…. However, everybody can do these classes because it’s based on you versus you. We give you the exercises and the clock… you work to your maximum effort for 24 minutes.
